We are a home based business, I am a product designer and my father is a craftsman, we design and make beautiful, safe, high quality, eco-friendly wooden toys in our studio in Aveiro, Portugal.
All the toys are hand crafted with a lot of care and dedication, using natural, organic and biodegradable materials, suitable for children.

Payments
We only accept payment by Paypal, but you do not need a Paypal account in order to purchase, you can pay with your credit card through the Paypal website, please check this step-by-step tutorial on Etsy checkout:

Shipping
After payment is done, items are shipped via Portuguese Post, always using registered mail, to Portugal, Europe and everywhere else.
Most items are dispatched normally in 48h after payment confirmation, except for custom orders.
The estimated delivery time for Europe is 5 to 7 business days, and to everywhere else is 7-20 business days.
If you need a faster shipping please contact us via e-mail, we will be happy to help.
I’ll do my best to make sure that your order arrives safely and as soon as possible.
We send order to Etsy shipping address. Please, make sure it's correct!
It is possible to send your order directly to another recipient´s adress, if you want to, please let me know via email.
The shipping charge includes the cost of both postage and packaging.
If you have any questions regarding an item, please contact me as soon as possible. It is the most important to me that my customers are satisfied!
For international shipping, customers are responsible for any fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping & purchasing to their respective countries.
Returns & Exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Just contact me within: 30 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 45 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

It is very important to us that you and your child stay 100% satisfied with your purchase, so we work very hard with a lot of love and dedication in our toys, they are truly hand crafted, using quality woods and finished with non-toxic paints, safe for your child.
I sincerely hope you will enjoy what you'll get but if you are not happy for some reason, please contact me and let's try to work out the best solution for both.
